🎨 10th Kjerringøy Land Art Biennale

In 2027, K-LAB celebrates its 20th anniversary in collaboration with CACiS – El Forn de la Calç (Catalonia, Spain) through an international Land Art & Nature Art residency programme.

✨ The project
3 Nordic artists + 3 Spanish artists will work together across two residencies:

• Kjerringøy / Nevelsfjord, Norway🗓️ 16 August – 19 September 2027🎉 Opening: 18 September (guided art walk & dinner)

• CACiS, Catalonia, Spain🗓️ 4 – 24 October 2027🎉 Efímera Festival opening: 23 October

🌱 Artists will work using the K-LAB method, creating site-specific works with only natural materials found on site, fostering cultural exchange and collaboration across very different landscapes.

👥 Who can apply?
Artists working with land art, nature-based practices or related disciplines, residing in:
🇪🇸 Spain
🇳🇴 🇸🇪 🇩🇰 🇫🇮 🇮🇸 🇬🇱 🇫🇴 Nordic countries

⚠️ Applicants must be available for both residencies in full.

💰 What is offered

• Artist fee (K-LAB): 30,000 NOK
• Artist fee (CACiS): €2,500 (subject to funding)
• Accommodation included
• Lectures & workshops paid separately
• Free public dinner during final days
